Opening of reserve-list of Adventure Weekend 2011 !!!

People who will be on the reserve list:

- No T-Shirt
- Sleeeping only in a tent (you must provide yourself with a tent!!!!)

You still have a chance to join our weekend!!!

Deadline for registration: 26.07.2011

Deadline for fee's payment: 26.07.2011

When we will know u can attend the weekend, we will send u an email (Monday) after which u have to make an immediate money trasfer!!!!

NOTE! Because we will gather in mass amount of people, drinking of high-percentage alcohol drinks is prohibited. Mailny because minors are expected in the building! WE MUST RESPECT THIS RULE!!!

Every single person included in excel file under e-mail address provided in the form has received an email with some important issuses which he/she should be familiar with

Pay the fee until Monday, July 25th, Indicate your time of arrival to Zawiercie by Wednesday 27th of July, and bring all neccessary things, mentioned in the email - check your email box:)

Due to the fact, some of LC Gliwice's members would like to stay in a tent we have a pleasure to inform you that

We have still 16 free INDOOR places!!!

Unless in the excel file we have already 34 registered people, some of them would like to stay in a tent! This information gave us additional 10 INDOOR places. Don't wait! Register! We hope we will reach total number of 50 people!!!

We have oficially opened the registration for our weekend. It's gonna be just amazing! You just can't miss it! Yes! Just few days and the registration will be opened! Before you will register read carefully the information provided in 'About Weekend' by Clicking here

If anyway some unexpected problems have meet your 'path of life' - don't bother to inform us about your concerns or generally any problem you have with registration/arrival/personal constraints!

You can find our phone numbers and email on the left sidebar

We have booked 40 places in hostel. However if the number of participants exceeds 40 booked places you can sleep in a tent, which you need to provide by yourself. In case of problems with a tent ask your local Summer Reception Coordinator for aid. More information you can find here

Price for a weekend varies! First 40 people pay 99zł , people who will exceed this amount can sleep in a tent and pay ONLY 90zł. Places are assign: first indoor, then outdoor.
